It's a good morning!
I think I hit a wall about every 6 to 8 weeks. My body REALLY doesn't want me to exercise. I know it's making me healthier and better in the long run. But I really wish my body would just cooperate!!!
I'm also feeling majorly stressed out and am ready to start family counseling. I'm not the only one that would benefit. Hopefully my body will mellow out and I'll be feeling better soon........hopefully.
