September 12th

I had to work on this day.  I can't remember when I had to work I think it was 3:00 pm, so I  had to drop Jason off at Janice and Dick's.  I don't know how they felt about my note, but I wonder how long they will let me call them my Babies.  I still call them all BABY.  Hopefully it will never change.

September 11th

Jason has decided he really likes to wear underwear.  Not necessarily instead of a diaper.  But he will bring us his underpants and want them on.  One more step to potty training.

September 10th

Alone time with my Monkey is always fun.  He discovered my Greek Yogurt in the fridge and he couldn't wait for me to help him.  Both hands were covered along with his face.

Right after we was clean he jumped into a laundry basket.  He's such a stinker.

September 8th

I haven't bought very many clothes from my new job.  Probably a good thing.  I wanted this top so I went ahead a got it.  I also had to let Brett know what it looked like so I took a picture and texted it to him when I had changed.

It was a Saturday so I went straight from work to the In-laws and jumped in the pool with my family.  I love the time we spent together this summer.

September 7th

I had to stop in shock at the claw game at the store on the 7th.  I laughed all the way home.  Next to Brobee from You gabba, and a stuffed owl sat Barrack Obama and in the back of the game sat Mitt Romney.  Who would have ever thought that would happen?

September 6th

Up on another door.  sigh.....

September 5th

On this evening Duncan and Tori were at Young Men & Young Women.  We decided to take the younger two swimming.  One more time?  =)

I got a good shot of Jason swimming to get me.  He really has figured out how to swim in his own way.

September 4th

September 4th was the first day of school.  As you can see, Duncan wasn't very happy about that.  Tori was very excited because it was her first day of Jr. High.

Samantha was excited to see her friends and see her teacher.

Labor Day September 3rd

Labor Day wasn't too much "labor".  We did have a good day though.  Jason got a hear cut. He is so hard to get to sit still, I just shave his head.  I tried letting his hair grow, but it just lay down.

We went swimming and then I made the girls their new school bags.  I think that they are AWESOME.  I saw them on pintrist and thought they would work.

Brett finished sanding down the car in the garage.  He then primed it.  I'm glad he is getting farther along with it.  We really need to get this car running now that I have a job outside the house.  I'm glad I have a handy husband.

September 2nd.

Grandma Child's house can be a very fun and crazy place on Sunday's. The kids enjoy their cousins.  It's so fun to have them together.

Jason loves the swing set.  Especially the bar.

Sometimes the boys will hang out and watch football.

Jason loves the tree swing.  If Grandpa could push him higher he would probably start giggling.

Grandma Wilson is usually there on Sundays.  She is looking pretty good lately.

The kids decided they were going to have a talent show.  It was quite entertaining.

The kids pretty much always have fun together.

August 31st

Somethings wrong here.  Cocoa is on the bed and Jason is on the doggie bed.  Sadly this happens quite a bit!!

August 29th

The 29th was Back to School night for the Jr. High.  I wasn't sure if we needed to really go, but I'm glad we did.  Samantha went to Grandma and Grandpa Child's house.  I thought she picked out a pretty cute outfit so I had to take a picture.

We started out going to Tori's classes since Brett needed to find a parking spot.  Duncan hung out with us in Tori's second period class until Brett showed up.  Then Brett took Duncan around to his classes.  Tori and I went from class to class.  Listened to what we would need, and made sure she had the right places.  Jason was with us so it was a bit of a challenge.  Poor Tori had her first real experience with Jason embarrassing her.  It's not the first time and it won't be the last.  However being both of their Mama it breaks my heart a little bit.

This is Tori's first book that she will read.  I took pictures so if I needed to order one I could.  However because she has her IEP we were able to grab one for home.

August 28th

The kids got their hair cut for school.  Duncan has been resisting haircuts a lot.  I keep advising him that I don't care how long he wants it, it just needs to look like a hair style.  Not a shaggy grown out uneven crazy mess.  He did get his hair cut by Sue at the Hair Station and as always did a fabulous job.....even with his crazy cowlick in the front.

My girls needed a "trim"  I thought for sure Tori would leave her hair long, but she wanted it shoulder length again.  I knew Samantha would have her hair cut short, but was a little surprised with her want of bangs.  I think they both made good decisions.

(A little side note: Tori had an orthodontist appointment about 15 minutes after Duncan's haircut was scheduled.  I told Duncan to go sit inside and I'd be right back.  He looked frantic.  He said," What do I say?"  I chuckled and said, "You could say I'm Duncan Lutz and I'm here for an appointment.  Besides, Sue will know you."  Of course he doubted this since it's been a long time since we've seen her. What he didn't know is that Sue babysat Brett when he was little, and anyone that has seen Brett knows that Duncan is his kid.  Especially those that knew him when he was little.  And of course....Sue knew it was him.)

August 25th

The only thing I have for the 25th is another couple shots of the kids swimming. My kids love to swim, but I never would have guessed that we would go swimming as often as we have this summer.  I just hope Jason will adjust to the winter time.

And of course it was a beautiful sunset that night.

August 23rd

I got to play really big Barbies at work this day.  We got to find the clothes and accessories and make them look cute.  It was quite fun!!

August 22nd

With my new job the kids had to help with Jason A LOT this summer.  I decided that my kids needed to be rewarded for all their help.  We don't eat out very often anymore.  I'm one of those AWESOME Mom's that took the kids out to eat almost everyday for a while.  Things changed.....they starting eating more....and the funds were not available for that any longer.  So going to McDonald's has finally become quite the treat.

While I buy the food the kids have to chase Jason around the play area and try and keep him out of other's food.  Talk about embarrassing, when you have to chase him down with some poor kids french fries clutched in his mitts.

It doesn't matter how long I wait for Samantha to quit being silly, she won't stop.  She poses until I take the picture.  I'm not sure why she was chewing on Squidwards head.

Tori loves the Parfaits as McDonald's.  But not enough to have that be her meal.  So when Jason decides that he's finished with his food, Tori sweeps up his parfait.  Most the time without me telling her whether it's ok or not.

Curtis has been so helpful with Jason as well.  It's crazy how sweet and responsible this boy is.

The "Big Boys" wanted to play as well.  Well....I guess they aren't that mature yet.

Jason and I went for a walk around the block.  He was kind of on one this day, since I actually took him out and about.  He saw one of our neighbors watering his flowers.  He loves to play with the hose so he went right over to him and wanted to play in the hose.  This particular sweet man, wasn't quite sure what to make of it.  He didn't want to get him wet.  However, they also had their sprinklers on.  Since we weren't far from home I let  him get his water needs taken care of.

August 21

Brett moved my piano again.  I tend to make him move furniture around quite often.  Jason thinks the piano is great finally.  He sits down and plays it about 3 or 4 times a day.  Brett was playing, and my boys joined him.  Duncan gave me his creepy look.

I love how happy he is in this picture.

August 20th

I try and take a few pictures everytime we go swimming.  It's what we do.  That's what I need pictures of.  Jason has started to get out of the pool and go swinging for a while.  Then he'll go jump on the trampoline, then he'll climb up the deck and give Grandma Siddoway a heart attack.  Yes....my boy is a handful.

Sam is also my little fish.  She's enjoying everything!
