I think I might have over done it

I've been doing some reading on how to run properly. So Brett and I got new shoes, because I can't tell you how old my other shoes are, and have been doing better. The problem is my calves are not used to running on my toes. So I think I pulled my calf muscle last night.

Brett found me an ACE bandage this morning and I've wrapped it. Hopefully it won't cause me too much grief!

I think you are over focusing on trying to change your footstrike pattern. You run more on your toes when you sprint.
