We had to have our sweet dog Honey put down today. She was 12 years old and such a sweet thing and always happy! She's been in a lot of pain, her hips were displacing and she had really bad arthritis. I contemplated not posting this, because it really sucks. The kids our obviously really sad, as well as Brett and myself. She will be missed!!!The reason I decided to post is because Duncan wrote a poem that I wanted to share.
Honey died hard and strong. I was sad but I was wrong. Death makes us sad it makes us mad. But now that I think about it it's not BAD! -Duncan Lutz
